You had humour, you eased the tension, you were super organised, Campbell was standing beside me on your suggestion, you were able to read and connect with the audience (which now that I think about it, is really what the common school teacher approach lacks in my opinion, you talked to not at them), and that you are a nice person and actually cared about us, also came across (rather than being in it for yourself).
